A visit with my best friend of 24 years inspired this piece. I went up to hang out and help her place her treasures in her newly acquired home. She reminds me of having a hummingbird spirit. Her spirit of alway finding the good in a situation and others, her resilence, and joyfulness reminds me of the symbolism associated with a hummingbird. We have been through many seasonsof life, moves and challenging situations yet always have a connection that we both feel was a divine gift and source of unconditional love!
